She built the Sesame Workshop Writers’ Room - a talent incubator that has launched writing careers at Sesame and beyond (e.g., Disney, Netflix, DreamWorks), with alumni who have received 15 Emmy nominations and counting. Fundamentally, Sofy works to demystify the creative process, so that more people can leverage storytelling for their personal and professional growth.
